In my humble opinion:
If the need for teachers of certain disciplines is greater, the system should not make it more simple to get accredited in that discipline but should compensate those teachers for proper accreditation.

So you are suggesting that math, science, secial ed, FACS, teachers should get paid more? Not a bad thought. It would certainly bring in better and brighter techers to those disciplines. Most of us lowly social studies teachers would understand.
ReplyDeletePerhaps you are suggesting paying for their college too? Not sure, but either way, i am for it. Anything to bring in better teachers.
